Description: Fully bilingual (English/Russian), with typing skills in both languages. Excellent project management and logistical skills with ability to address a high level of technical and functional software application complexity. At least 2 years of experience managing software projects or 3-5 years of development experience. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent troubleshooting experience. Proven ability to manage conflicting tasks and prioritize work by identifying core issues and focusing on high-impact initiatives. High level of organizational skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressured work atmosphere.

Required Skills: Windows, Unix, PDA, understanding of VB, C flavors, ASP, Perl, PHP, etc.
